Who we are

Last Drip started the way a lot of good hospitality stories do— on the job.

Mari and Kelvin met working long shifts in Midtown, surrounded by the chaos of packed dining rooms, early mornings, late nights, and the constant rhythm of running big operations. Somewhere between shift changes, quick check-ins, and waiting for each other after work, they fell in love.

Coffee became the start of their days. Cocktails marked the end. Both became rituals acting as small pauses in the middle of demanding work and busy lives.

Last Drip grew out of that rhythm. A mobile coffee + cocktails concept built on hospitality, care, and the belief that even in the middle of chaos, there’s always time for a good drink and a shared moment.

Today, Last Drip brings that same energy to pop-ups, private events, and collaborations, serving thoughtfully made drinks with warmth, intention, and a whole lot of heart.

Have an idea or event in mind? We’d love to hear about it.
